Paneer bhurji is a popular North Indian dish made from crumbled paneer. This recipe of Paneer Bhurji is without onion and garlic and is made with homemade Paneer. Bhurji basically refers to scrambled, so the paneer here is scrambled. The whole dish is sauted with tomatoes and spices to which the crumbled paneer is added. It is a quick recipe which is best served hot with some bread or rolls, roti or paranthas. It can be served either as a brunch dish or a side dish at a lunch/dinner party.

Ingredients of Paneer Bhurji (No Onion, No Garlic)
- 1 Litre Milk, full cream
- 1/2 tsp Citric Acid
- 4 Tomatoes
- 3 Green Chillies
- 1 tsp Ginger
- 2 tsp Oil
- 1 tsp Salt
- 1 tsp Haldi
- 1 tsp Coriander Powder
- 1 tsp Cumin Powder
- 1 tsp Red Chilli Powder
- 3 tbsp Paneer, grated
- 1 Coriander Leaves
- 1 Kasuri Methi
- A pinch of Garam Masala
How to Make Paneer Bhurji (No Onion, No Garlic)

Take the milk in a bowl, add citric acid and heat it.

After a while, drain the water out of the bowl in a pan and separate the paneer in a sieve.

Now take tomatoes, green chilli and chopped ginger in a grinder and grind the ingredients.

Now take some oil in a pan, add the tomato paste to it.

Saute it till it turns red, and add salt, haldi, coriander powder, cumin powder and red chilli powder.

Mix all the ingredients together and add paneer.
7.
Whisk the paneer with the masala thoroughly.
8.
Add coriander leaves, kasuri methi and the paneer water.
9.
Saute the mixture well and bring to boil.
10.
Add a pinch of garam masala and mix.
11.
Serve hot with the garnishing of green chillies.
